We only collect information directly from our students or their parent/guardians primarily for providing services and products to you and to administer and manage invoicing.

We will never sell or pass on any of your information to third parties unless required by government authorities or in the event of debt recovery. Any information passed on will be done so with appropriate privacy and confidentiality protection.

Security
JHM uses cloud-based software to hold this information that is stored in dedicated servers in the UK.
Our software servers are protected by multiple, redundant firewalls and intrusion detection and prevention systems that are regularly monitored and tested. 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) data encryption is employed to protect all data access across the internet.
Access to any data is password protected and only available to necessary staff within the office. Information is encrypted to ensure compliance with principles of confidentiality/integrity.

With consent photographs and videos of our pupils may be used on Social Media pages, our website and marketing materials and may include names.
