Dance Teacher - IDTA Tc. L4Dip - BA Hons Dance/Drama

Rebecca started dancing at JHM when she was 3 years old initially taking Ballet, Tap & Modern. She then took Cheer, Acro, Disco & Contemporary and started sitting exams from age 6.  Before leaving JHM she has achieved her RAD Intermediate Ballet and her IDTA Intermediate Theatre Craft exams.  She was a member of the JHM Competition team and competed in various competitions across the country.

In 2018 Rebecca went on to train at Performing Arts Studio Scotland (PASS) where she achieved her HNC and HND Dance Artists qualifications and has had many amazing opportunities including performing at NYC Tartan parade Ceilidh 2019 and at Eurocities 2018 in the National Museum of Scotland.  Rebecca completed her  BA Honours Degree in Dance and Drama with Kingston University at PASS Studios in May 2021.

Ever since Rebecca was little, she fell in love with dancing and has wanted to pursue a career in teaching dance. She began by being a class assistant with JHM learning the ropes from Julie before becoming a teacher for JHM. Rebecca now holds teaching qualifications with ID Company for her Contemporary teaching, Acrobatic Arts – Module 1 and has completed her Level 4 Theatre Craft Diploma with the IDTA.
