Dance Teacher - RAD CBTS - IDTA Tc. L4Dip

Bethany started dancing at the age of 3 in ballet. When she reached the age of 10, she also started in tap and jazz at JHM. She achieved higher dance and gained her  ‘Dance Leader Level 2’ before finishing High School. This is where she decided she wanted to further her career in the field of dance after falling in love with performing by doing many shows with JHM Dance Academy and other dance schools.

Bethany started teaching for JHM when she was 18, whilst studying at Edinburgh’s Dance For All in Professional Stage Dance for 3 years. She left also with her teaching qualification in ISTD.

Once graduated with her HND, Bethany started choreographing for other dance and gymnastics display teams and whilst continuing to study to attain her Bachelor’s Degree in Dance at Northumbria University. Bethany has now completed her Royal Academy of Dance Certificate in Ballet Studies, IDTA Level 4 Diploma in Theatre Craft and her Acrobatic Arts.

She also runs her dance school, ‘BW Dance Works’ in central Edinburgh whilst also performing with Elite Pro Dance which has given her many opportunities to train in dance, cheer, stunts and tumbling as well as allowing many opportunities to perform all over the world.
