JHM follows the RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) Grades and vocational syllabus.
We try and offer 2 classes per week at each grade for pupils to study to the recommend exam study hours.
Pre-primary in dance starts from age 5 and grades Primary – 1- 5 are followed moving into the vocational grades Intermediate Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced foundation.
Studying ballet through the RAD develops technical, musical and performance skills. Classes are ideal for a beginner and those who have studied ballet before. Our teaching staff are passionate about ballet and understand the core framework it can give any dancer to strengthen all other forms of dance. Benefits of our ballet classes can be seen in coordination, strength, technique and developing skills through dedication and perseverance. Pupils will improve flexibility, posture and agility all while having fun.
